Refund Policy

Cancelling

You can cancel Pro at any time from app.multichatstem.com/billing (Manage subscription). You will not be charged again, and Pro stays active until the end of the month you already paid for.

14-day refund on your first payment

If Pro is not right for you, email [[CONTACT EMAIL]] within 14 days of your first Pro payment and we will refund it in full, whether or not you used the included allowance.

Other payments

Later monthly payments are not refunded once the month has started, but you can cancel before the next one. If we made a billing mistake, or if something we are responsible for stopped Pro from working for a significant part of a month, write to us and we will put it right, usually with a refund or a credit.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days. Your legal rights as a consumer where you live are not affected by this policy.
